 RS232C to RS485 or RS422 converter.  RS232C connection on one side and 6 pin modular or screw terminals on the other (RS485/422 side).  Comes with power supply (not in picture).   Can be used for CCTV pan and tilt control.l  This unit has never been used.  Package has some scuffing from storage.
