Cisco Aironet Wireless 802.11 FHHS ethernet/serial data client.  A pair of these can be used to replace a wire for DB9 serial data or ethernet communications up to 2Mbps speed.  Original cost on these was over $900 each.  

If you  need more of these we have a few additional new ones that have had the antenna connector changed.
