This kit is used to flush-mount "slim-line" style command centers (such as the D1254TD, D1255TD, D1252TD, D360TD, and the D636ATD.  The designer kits feature a clear plastic face plate.  You can insert wallpaper behind the cover that matches the wall where the command center is mounts. 

This kit requires the appropriate D61 Lens/Label Kit for the appropriate keypad.
