New in factory sealed package Dole Eaton HM-4A zone valve.  Valve mechanism is the rotary poppet type.  The upper operator is identical to the HM-2 and HM-3 Valves.  3/4" sweat type connection.   These have not been manufactured for over 25 years and are extremely hard to find.
